Client Operations Manager

Location: New York City Metro Area

Compensation: $130,000 base salary + bonus

Position Overview: A leading financial services organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee workplace operations across multiple office locations. This individual will lead a team responsible for facilities, reception, hospitality, workplace experience, vendor management, and operational excellence while serving as a key partner to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Lead multi-site workplace operations and service delivery across several office locations. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a strategic business partner. Oversee facilities management, reception services, hospitality programs, catering, and events. Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, budgeting, and business reviews. Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and service enhancements. Lead employee onboarding and offboarding initiatives. Develop and mentor supervisors and support staff. Ensure consistent service standards across geographically dispersed teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience leading workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or corporate services functions. Strong client-facing relationship management experience. Proven success managing multiple locations and remote teams. Executive-level communication and presentation skills. Experience delivering high-touch workplace and guest experiences. Strong analytical skills with KPI, reporting, and performance management experience. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, change management, and team-building capabilities.

Preferred Backgrounds: Candidates with experience in workplace experience, facilities management, hospitality, property management, corporate services, or outsourced support environments are highly encouraged to apply. Experience supporting professional services or financial services organizations is preferred but not required.
