Patient Access & Registration Specialist

Baptist Health in Central Alabama seeks a Patient Registration Specialist to handle pre-registration, registration, payer identification and verification, and referrals to financial counseling. You will ensure accurate patient demographics and benefits data, verify eligibility, coordinate benefits, and collect the patient’s financial responsibility at the point of service, while upholding HIPAA and EMTALA.
