Responsibilities of the Strategic Finance Partner: Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning, business decision-making, and long-term growth initiatives. Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and investment decisions. Identify and drive value creation opportunities through data-driven insights and performance analysis. Provide recommendations to leadership based on financial trends, operational metrics, and market dynamics. Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on business performance improvement and strategic execution. Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure strategic and financial success. Qualifications of the Strategic Finance Partner:7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, commercial manufacturing, consulting, or a related field. Strong experience supporting executive decision-making through financial analysis and strategic recommendations. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead initiatives across multiple business functions. Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Experience identifying business opportunities and driving measurable value creation. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
