Production Supervisor | Premium Food Manufacturing | SF Bay Area
Lead the line. Own the shift.
A fast-growing, purpose-driven food manufacturer making premium refrigerated products needs a Production Supervisor who wants real ownership. You'll run your shift end to end, covering safety, quality, efficiency, and yield, and you'll have the authority to make it better.
What You'll Do:
Lead, train, and develop a team of production operators
Hit schedule, quality, and yield targets on automated lines
Enforce food safety, keep documentation airtight, and fix deviations fast
Drive continuous improvement to boost output and cut waste
Manage scheduling, PTO, and timecards, and coordinate materials with other departments
Champion safety and sustainable practices on the floor
What You Bring:
3–5 years supervising in food manufacturing
Experience with automated equipment
Strong food safety and quality knowledge
A track record of building accountable, motivated teams
Lean experience is a plus Why Join
