Establish and monitor operational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Partner with leadership to execute business and growth strategies. Coordinate cross-functional activities including manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance. Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and plant employees. Ensure product quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with progressive responsibility. Proven success leading teams in a production environment. Strong background in operations management, process improvement, and employee development. Experience driving productivity, profitability, and organizational growth. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
