Senior HV Substation Design Lead

I & S Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Physical Substation Engineer to lead HV substation physical design, including layouts, grounding, and equipment placement. You will collaborate with utilities and clients to ensure safety, reliability, and constructability while reviewing complex deliverables. Mentor junior staff, manage design milestones, and maintain compliance with IEEE, ANSI, NEC, and NFPA standards. Travel to project sites and client meetings will be required.
