Apply for this role →Guest Check-in Staff We are seeking enthusiastic Guest Check-in Staff to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service at our facility. As a pivotal part of our front-line operations, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience upon their arrival.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during the check-in process with warmth and professionalism. Manage reservations and provide accurate information regarding the availability of rooms. Ensure all guest data is entered and stored accurately in the system. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during check-in. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure availability of clean rooms. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred. Proven experience in customer service or front desk operations in the hospitality industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and managing reservation software. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
