Associate Attorney - Commercial Arbitration

Locations: Flexible - Candidate can work out of our NYC, Long Island, or Westchester County offices.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage commercial arbitration proceedings from inception through resolution, including motions practice, hearings, and any related appeals. Defend personal injury claims, with a focus on matters arising in the New York City metropolitan area (including app-based, technology-related, or high-volume fact patterns).Draft and argue dispositive motions, such as motions to dismiss and motions to compel arbitration. Develop and execute case strategies in close collaboration with clients and internal teams. Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff on assigned matters. Serve as a primary point of contact for key client accounts, contributing to business development and client retention. Handle a substantial caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality work product.

Qualifications and Experience: Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active admission to the New York State Bar. Significant experience in commercial arbitration, with a demonstrated concentration in personal injury defense. Strong background in motions practice and advocacy. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage complex, high-volume matters independently and as part of a team.
