About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with THP Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified OR RN in Austell, Georgia, 30106!Our Client is currently seeking RN - Operating Room positions in, for a 4x10 days shift. You must have current State Licensure and at least 1 year of recent experience.
Requirements:
- Current ResumeState Licensure
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications2 Current Clinical References
- Physical (Within 12 Months)TB Skin Test (Within 12 Months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (Within 12 Months)
- Current - Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
