Senior Roadway Design Lead Design-Build Projects

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager to join our Innovative Pursuits Team in Tucson, AZ. You will oversee transportation projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and drive designs for freeways, interchanges, and shared-use facilities. A PE license and extensive DOT DB/PDB experience are preferred. You will coordinate with discipline leads, mentor staff, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with client goals and regional project needs. Strong communication is essential.
