University of Pittsburgh Physicians is seeking Board Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine physicians to join their dynamic academic hospitalist programs across multiple UPMC sites in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Clinicians will provide comprehensive inpatient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, and engage in medical education and quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient care to hospitalized patients from admission through discharge
- Perform detailed histories and physical examinations
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Coordinate care to optimize outcomes
- Strategize to improve and manage patient health while safely reducing length of stay through high-quality, efficient medical practices
