Job Summary:
A pharmaceutical organization is looking to hire a part-time temporary Sourcer for 6 months. The schedule will be three full days, 20 hours a week. The qualified candidate must have at least 7 years of recruitment experience within a pharmaceutical or life sciences organization. Responsibilities:
- Post open roles to the company website and job boards
- Review applicants and shortlist qualified candidates
- Source and pipeline candidates for potential future roles
- Assist the recruitment manager with any additional tasks as they arise
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences recruitment
- Experience working with an HRIS, UKG a plus
- Able to work interpedently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
