Home Infusion Therapy Manager

Key responsibilities: Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions with Supervisors to enhance team effectiveness and address performance issues Monitor payroll accuracy and serve as an escalation agent for resolving complaints from franchise partners or patientsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required Minimum 5 years of management experience
