🏠 EXPERIENCED MORTGAGE CLOSER WANTED📍 Nationwide Equities Corporation | Park Ridge, NJNationwide Equities Corporation is looking for an experienced Mortgage Closer to join our team. We want someone who knows how to take ownership of a pipeline, solve problems, meet deadlines, and get loans closed, funded, and purchased.
What You’ll Do:
Review and audit closing packages Coordinate with attorneys, settlement agents & loan officers Request and coordinate funding wires Upload closed loans for investor purchase Clear investor conditions Track recorded mortgages, deeds & final documents Maintain closing logs and loan status updates Keep loans moving and resolve issues before they cause delays What We’re Looking For✓ 3+ years Mortgage Closing/Funding experience✓ Forward & Reverse Mortgage experience preferred✓ Knowledge of Co-ops, Condos & 1–4 Family properties a plus✓ Familiarity with MERS, FHA Connection & UCD✓ Strong organization, follow-up and attention to detail✓ Ability to manage multiple loans and deadlines Why Nationwide Equities?💰 Competitive salary + bonus opportunities⭐ Generous benefits package🤝 Team-oriented work environment Danielle Concolino 📧 DConcolino@NWECorp.com 📞 201-529-1401 ext. 313
