Senior Counsel, Renewable Energy Projects & M&A

EDF power solutions North America seeks a Senior Counsel to lead drafting, negotiation, and review of major commercial contracts and M&A agreements for solar, wind, and storage projects. The role supports project finance, PPAs, interconnection, and procurement matters across North America. You will partner with cross‑functional teams, manage external counsel when needed, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding corporate strategy and risk management in a fast‑growing energy company.
