Advisor Assistant

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Compensation: $55k-$60k ($70+ if licenced)Our client, a broker-dealer in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking an Advisor Assistant / Sales Asst to join their team and play a key role in helping two partners grow their Assets Under Management (AUM).This is a relationship and service-driven role with for someone who enjoys working directly with retail investment clients, and supporting Advisors in growing AUM.

What You’ll Do: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and support AUM growth Take ownership of client requests and work to resolve them efficiently Take charge of service responsibilities, including new client onboarding Work closely with the partners and broader team to deliver a high level of client service What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years of experience working in retail investment clients (retail preferred)Strong verbal and written communication skills Outgoing, motivated, and highly engaged personality Strong follow-through skillsA genuine interest in helping clients and contributing to business growth Compensation & Growth$55k-$60k ($70k+ if licensed)Oopportunity for increased compensation based on the value you bring This is an on-site, Monday–Friday opportunity in Parsippany, NJ
