In-House Counsel, Enterprise SaaS & MedTech (Equity)

Ketryx is seeking its first in-house Legal Counsel in Boston on a hybrid schedule. You will build the legal engine to scale sales, negotiate enterprise agreements, and manage internal matters with outside counsel as needed. Reporting to the VP, Finance & Operations, you will create playbooks, templates, and a contract-management system to accelerate deals and reduce cycle times. This role demands 5–8 years post-bar experience and a startup mindset.
