Senior Field Network Technician Remote with Travel

Real Time Networks is seeking a Senior Network Technician to lead onsite network configurations, hardware installations, and customer-facing service across Canada and the United States. This role bridges advanced networking with hands-on hardware deployment to ensure deployments meet high technical standards. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will install, configure, and test solutions, provide Tier 2/3 support, and train customers while traveling up to 75% of the time.
