Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (RN) – Surgical Services to lead and oversee nursing operations within the surgical services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong Operating Room background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to support high-quality, safe, and efficient surgical care.
Required Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or a valid compact RN license.
At least 5 years of Operating Room experience.
At least 3 years of management or leadership experience.
Ability to work on-site in Wilson, NC.Experience with departmental budgeting and resource management.
Authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in staff development and nursing education.
Background in quality improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare standards.
