Sr. Project Manager - Multifamily Projects

Job Description: Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring the project remains within financial limits. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality work. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Serve as the main point of contact, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns. The Successful Applicant: Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to completion, with a strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices. Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth project execution and overcome obstacles.
