Director of Technical Accounting — M&A & GAAP Leader

Curaleaf, a global cannabis company, seeks a hands‑on Director of Technical Accounting in Stamford, CT. You will lead evaluation, documentation, and application of complex U.S. GAAP guidance and significant transactions, including M&A and purchase accounting. You will partner with Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Development, prepare technical memoranda, support external audits, maintain SOX controls, and help implement new accounting standards across the organization.
