Key responsibilities:
Manage the month-end close and review balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare, review, and analyze financial data, distributing financial reports as needed
Assist in audits and develop documentation of processes and procedures
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting
At least three years of experience in creating journal entries and analyzing financial statements
Experience as an accountant in a managed care organization
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
