ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide attentive and courteous customer service by fulfilling customer requests for seafood products and answering customer questions Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations involving seafood as well as company policies regarding operations, safety, and sanitation Fulfill weekly orders in accordance with store policy to ensure adequate supply levels Achieve financial goals such as sales, gross profit maximization, as well as minimization of shrink and supply expense Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product Complete all necessary paperwork relating to Captain's Choice Department Ensure proper temperatures are maintained in cooler, prep area, freezer, lobster tanks and cases and are in working condition Selection, training, development and scheduling of Captain's Choice associates Minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of product Direct subordinates in implementing plan of action and goal attainmentMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be at least 18 years of age.
