Remote Paralegal – First Mate of Legal Affairs

Pirate Ship LLC is seeking a Paralegal (First Mate of Legal Affairs) to support the General Counsel with contracts, IP management, compliance, and governance in a fast-paced tech environment. This remote-first role involves collaboration with internal teams and external counsel, with domestic and international travel possibly required.
