Cytology Specialist - Sign-on Bonus (Hospital-Based)

Path Group in Dallas is seeking a Cytologist for a hospital-based role with a 9:00am-5:30pm schedule, Monday through Friday, and a sign-on bonus. You will screen gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimens, document interpretations, and support the team in a clinical setting. You will also assist in mentoring Cytology Preparation Technicians, maintain safety and confidentiality, and ensure timely distribution of materials to pathologists while upholding HIPAA and regulatory standards.
