Senior RPLS: Boundary & ALTA Surveying Leader

Baird, Hampton & Brown, Inc. is seeking a full-time, exempt Registered Professional Land Surveyor to lead the Grapevine office’s surveying operations. You will supervise field and office staff, manage projects from proposal to delivery, and ensure compliance with Texas laws and BHB standards. You will review surveys for accuracy, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and mentor staff while maintaining project budgets and schedules. A Texas RPLS license and strong leadership are essential.
