I’m working with a rapidly scaling clean-energy technology company that’s hiring an FP&A Manager to help build and lead its financial planning function. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling while partnering directly with leaders across the business.
What You’ll Do:
• Run annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting• Build and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards• Partner with department heads on headcount, spend, and strategic planning• Improve FP&A tools, processes, and reporting systems• Support executive and board-level analysis What We’re Looking For• 4–7 years in FP&A or corporate finance• Strong modeling and Excel skills• Experience with FP&A systems/ERPs• Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
