Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college/university. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- Work Experience
- Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools Required
Licenses & Certifications:
MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) or equivalent certification. RequiredASCP categorical certification for the department of responsibility or current MLT certification with MLS certification within 6 months is acceptable. Four years of experience after certification required. Certification must be maintained by submitting appropriate continuing education documentation to certifying agency.
