Family Law Paralegal

Title: Family Law Paralegal

Location: Fully Remote (with occasional in-office work as needed)

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 per year, DOE

What You’ll Do: Draft family law pleadings, disclosures, discovery, and correspondence Prepare documents for hearings, mediations, and trials Manage case files, deadlines, and client communication Assist attorneys with trial prep, legal research, and calendaring Provide compassionate client support in sensitive family law matters

What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years of Arizona family law experience Strong knowledge of Arizona family law rules, procedures, and court filings Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal case management software Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a busy caseload
