Senior Litigation Associate Attorney

What you'll do: Manage your own caseload from inception to resolution- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and meet deadlines- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials- Work with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys on litigation strategy, and give clients regular status updates- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda

What you'll bring: JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar- 7+ years of civil litigation experience, including New Jersey state and federal courts- Experience taking and defending depositions and filing dispositive motions in Superior Court- Prior ADR experience handling arbitrations and mediations- Ability to prepare comprehensive status reports for insurers Strong compensation and good benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a health advocate program, short- and long-term disability, parental and military leave, life insurance, a 401(k), a flexible spending plan, paid holidays, flexible paid time off, a mobile phone stipend, and an associate education program.
