Strategic Real Estate Finance Controller

Macdonald & Company has been exclusively retained by a privately held real estate investment and development firm to appoint a Financial Controller to lead all accounting and finance functions across the organization. The role requires strong GAAP expertise and oversight across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment in Atlanta. You will manage general ledger, consolidate reporting for internal and investor use, oversee budgeting and cash flow, and coordinate with external auditors.
