Client Service Representative - RemoteWe partner with unions, credit unions, associations, and their members across Canada to provide permanent benefits that protect what matters most. What You'll Do:
You'll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent benefits program with care and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Explaining benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom
- Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation
- Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-upWorking collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery
What We're Looking For:
Must be legally authorized to work in CanadaHigh school diploma or equivalent (post‐secondary an asset)1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client‐facing roles preferred
