Procurement Counsel, North America

What You'll Do: Draft, negotiate and approve procurement and commercial agreements, SOWs and master agreements Develop negotiation strategies that balance business needs and risk Handle indemnity, liability, warranty, IP, data privacy and insurance terms Support global agreements managed through North America Help with contract claims and disputes Improve templates, playbooks and contract management practices What We're Looking For J.D. and an active license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Substantial commercial or procurement contracting experience Sound judgment and the ability to move transactions to completion Helpful Experience In-house procurement or supply chain legal experience Experience with contracting technology Work Environment Based in Lexington. Local candidates able to work in office four days a week are preferred. Compensation The employer did not publish a salary range. Pay will be discussed confidentially and is based on experience.
