Senior Engineering Manager, Client Infra (Backend/Frontend)

Slack seeks a seasoned engineering leader to join our Backend and Frontend Client Infrastructure teams under Architecture and Systems. Lead two high-performing teams, shaping the roadmap and driving critical Slack business objectives with a backend or full-stack background. You will partner with engineers, PMs, and managers to balance trade-offs against priorities, maintain momentum on large-scale initiatives, and advocate for the team’s interests.
