Trial Attorney - Litigation Associate/Counsel

Responsibilities: Serve as first chair in commercial litigation matters including trial Handle complex business disputes in state and federal court Lead hearings, dispositive motions, discovery strategy, and trial preparation Manage high-exposure and heavily contested matters Supervise and mentor associates Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s California litigation practice

Qualifications: Significant first-chair trial experience in commercial litigation Demonstrated courtroom experience in state and/or federal courts Strong motion practice and case management skills Experience handling complex business disputes Ability to independently manage matters from inception through resolution
