Job Summary: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)$15,000 Sign-On Bonus Available! (Current MGB employees not eligible) Join a collaborative, patient-focused team providing advanced respiratory care in a leading academic medical center. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you'll care for patients across critical care, emergency, inpatient, and procedural settings while working alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide respiratory treatments and advanced airway management
  • Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation
  • Respond to respiratory emergencies and code situations
  • Assess patient conditions and develop treatment recommendations
  • Transport and care for critically ill, mechanically ventilated patients
  • Educate patients, families, and respiratory therapy students
  • Participate in clinical education, quality initiatives, and professional development
Qualifications: Required Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist licenseRRT credential (or obtain within 6 months of hire) Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Critical care experienceECMO experience strongly preferred
