Remote Clinical Operations Specialist: Scheduling & Coverage

Hey Jane is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to own the clinical schedule, coverage, and day-to-day operational coordination across all states we operate in. This early hire will partner with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to build the operational backbone of a new team, ensuring smooth patient care and reliable processes. The role is fully remote with eligibility in CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, and WA.
