Our practice has developed a strong reputation throughout southwest Missouri for marriage counseling, affair recovery, betrayal trauma, high conflict relationships, communication challenges, and other complex relational concerns. As a result, we are seeking clinicians who enjoy working with couples and desire for marriage and relationship counseling to be a significant part of their practice. Individual earnings vary based on caseload and productivity, motivated clinicians earning significantly more.
Responsibilities: Provide individual, couples, and family counseling utilizing evidence based therapeutic approaches. Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while providing compassionate, client centered care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Review and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Participate in occasional team meetings, case consultation, and continuing education. Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide high quality care.
Qualifications: Must reside in Missouri. Must hold an active Missouri LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license. Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Minimum of two years of outpatient clinical experience preferred. Experience providing marriage and couples counseling, or a strong desire and confidence to make couples therapy a significant portion of your caseload. Comfortable working with affair recovery, betrayal trauma, high conflict relationships, communication issues, and other complex marital concerns. Experience working with military members, first responders, and their families is preferred. Ability to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith with evidence based clinical counseling. Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
