Director of Contemporary Worship (Part-Time), St. Paul’s Ocean Grove Church

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated self-starter who is passionate about Jesus, loves worship, and desires to help create inspiring, Spirit-led worship experiences. In this part-time role, you’ll plan, coordinate, and lead the music and flow of our contemporary services, partnering closely with our Lead Pastor and worship team to craft worship that is theologically sound, spiritually enriching, and deeply engaging. You’ll have real creative room to disciple team members, introduce fresh music, and develop original worship songs.

Note: Must be able to successfully complete and maintain all Safe Sanctuary requirements, including background checks, reference verification, and required training.
