Early Childhood Family Engagement Specialist

Astor Services is hiring a Family Advocate to support Head Start families, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The role focuses on engaging families in their child’s early learning, health, and well-being and identifying community resources. You will conduct home visits, coordinate with center staff, recruit families, document progress, and advocate for access to services to promote children’s growth and family stability.
