The Role:
The Product Specialist is our subject-matter expert for US asset managers. You'll run demos, design use cases, check outputs, and grow usage inside each client firm.
Responsibilities:
Run demos and workshops for PMs, analysts, product, IR and client service teams.
Build and review templates: fund commentary, factsheets, RFP and DDQ answers, and client review packs.
Turn client problems into scalable workflows, balancing client needs with platform constraints.
Check AI outputs for accuracy before clients use them.
Turn one-team pilots into firm-wide rollouts with our Coverage and Sales teams.
Track usage and adoption, and bring client feedback back to Product and Engineering.
Stay current on the product and turn updates into examples clients can use.
Requirements5 to 10 years of hands-on investment analysis at an asset manager (buy-side analyst, PM or investment team), including building models and writing investment cases.
