Service Coordinator And Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities: - Dispatch & Scheduling: Coordinate daily technician assignments for service, installations, maintenance, and repairs, adjusting schedules for emergencies or cancellations. - Customer Relations: Handle service requests, provide appointment updates, and resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally. - Operational Support: Maintain accurate work orders and service records, coordinate necessary parts and equipment, and assist with preparing estimates and invoices. - Account Management: Manage preventative maintenance appointments and recurring service agreements and data entry.

Qualifications: - 1–3 years of experience in HVAC service coordination, dispatching, or a related field is preferred. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Proficiency with computers and Google Drive. - HVAC industry knowledge and experience with service-management software are strong pluses.
