Responsibilities:
Image and configure Windows laptops using SCCM task sequences. Perform laptop setup, software installation, and deployment preparation. Support laptop refresh projects, device replacements, and data migrations. Troubleshoot imaging issues (PXE boot, deployment failures, etc.).Conduct QA/QC checks on deployed devices. Update tickets and asset management systems. Manage asset retirement, device wiping, repairs, and leasing returns. Work in a high-volume environment handling up to 60 laptops simultaneously.
Requirements:
Experience with Windows imaging and SCCM.Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills. Experience with laptop deployment, refresh, and migration projects. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork. Must work onsite daily in Downers Grove, IL.Preferred CompTIA A+Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator
