2026- 2027 Snowsports Center Snowboard Instructor

Responsibilities: Instruct group lessons ranging in size from 1- 5+ students per group Ensure the safety of each student and those around your group Accurately assess each student and assign students to appropriate level Provide constructive and helpful feedback to students and families Assist with program registration for ski and snowboarding programs Support fellow ski instructors with lessons and students when needed Organize the ski school equipment before, after, and in between lessons Help guests and students with equipment for lessons Uphold a high level of customer service and teamwork throughout Buck Hill

Requirements: Must be at an intermediate level or higher of skiing Instructors are required to work a minimum of 6 hours a week New instructors must pass the ‘New Instructor’ training Have to attend at least 4 clinics per season Must be able to work outside in variable weather conditions
