Director of Utility Development - Power Delivery Leader (Remote)

Tract is seeking a results-oriented Director of Utility Development to own power development strategy within assigned markets, coordinating with utilities and engineering partners to deliver HV/MV infrastructure for large data center campuses. The role centers on interconnection, permitting, and delivering multi-site capital projects, while guiding internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve scope, schedule, and budget goals in an entrepreneurial environment.
