Senior Software Engineering Manager — Insurance Platform

SoFi seeks a Senior Software Engineering Manager for the Protect team to lead the engineering organization building our next-generation Insurance platform. You will set technical direction, grow teams, and partner across Product, Design, Risk, and Operations to deliver scalable, resilient services in a cloud-native environment. You will drive end-to-end ownership, champion observability and testing, and mentor engineers while aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
