Plaintiff Paralegal

Paralegal Responsibilities: Draft, file, and coordinate service of complaints and other litigation documents. Prepare discovery requests and objections and assist attorneys with reviewing and finalizing discovery responses. Draft and serve deposition notices. Prepare and serve subpoenas for non-party witnesses, treating providers, and other relevant parties. Monitor answers, responsive pleadings, defaults, and other case developments. Prepare and file pleadings and other legal documents in accordance with applicable court and jurisdictional requirements. Maintain comprehensive case calendars and closely monitor statutes of limitation, hearing dates, discovery deadlines, and other procedural deadlines.

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this Litigation Paralegal position is $90K-$120K, depending on experience.
