AI Enablement Lead — Automate Internal Workflows

Atmosphere is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to transform AI tooling into streamlined workflows that free teams for creative problem‑solving and client relationships. You'll partner with product and engineering, map real work, and build tools—custom AI skills, automated assistants, or integrations—starting with the ad sales team and expanding company‑wide. You'll mentor users, balance process design with tooling decisions, and document learnings to accelerate future rollouts across departments.
