General Rehabilitation Attending Physiatrist, Shirley Ryan AbilityLab

Responsibilities: Providing inpatient and outpatient care, primarily at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, with some inpatient rehabilitation consultations at an affiliated acute care hospital. Managing patients with neurological, medically complex, and musculoskeletal conditions requiring rehabilitation. Ensuring clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Participating in hospital and department committees. Engaging in research and medical education, including teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications: Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois. Completed an accredited residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Board certified or eligible. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and colleagues.
