Principal UX Designer

OPENLANE is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead end-to-end product design, drive strategic design vision, and mentor designers. You'll partner with product, engineering, and executives to align design with long-term business goals. This role is remote-friendly, with collaboration across locations. You will own design initiatives for a product area, conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and evolve the design system while ensuring a user-centric culture.
